In 2018, the Woolsey Fire reduced this Malibu farm estate to ashes, prompting a regenerative redesign focused on soil healing, habitat restoration, and sustainable materials. Spanning 6.5 acres, the landscape integrates California natives, fruit trees, permeable surfaces, and upcycled elements to blend ecology with modern aesthetics. Asymmetric pathways enhance flow, while fire-safe, drought-tolerant plantings honor the land’s Chumash heritage.

Now a farm, wedding venue, horse estuary, and recording studio, the estate balances functionality with natural harmony, embodying resilience and renewal.
